File Prep

Before building your gang sheet make sure our files are ready to be printed.

 Any file you upload, make sure it’s either a PNG or PDF with a transparent background, and the resolution is set to 300 DPI. 

 We print in CMYK color, typically images are set to RGB so I recommend changing it to get a visual of how the design will look printed. This ensures your print comes out exactly how you see it on the screen.

Image Resizing

 Another important thing to check is the size of your actual design. If there is any extra space around the design you want to get rid of it. You can do this using the cropping tool, get as close as you can to the edge of your design and make sure to do this on all sides. 

Now when you go to resize the image, the empty space won't be accounted for and when your print comes out, it’s the exact size you set it at.

Upload Artwork

Once your images are print ready you can directly upload them to your gang sheet. Make sure there is at least 0.25 inches of space between each designs so you are able to cut them out.

Optimize Space

 For some designs such as an 8” x 3” print, I highly suggest rotating them vertically. That way you can fit designs next to each other more efficiently and reduce wasting any dead space.

1. I’ve never ordered a gang sheet before how does it work?
It’s easy! Upload your PNGs, arrange them on our online builder, choose your length, and checkout. We print your exact layout on one continuous DTF sheet ready to cut and press.



2. What’s the best size to start with?
If you’re new, most people start with 12" wide by 24–60" long. It’s large enough for several shirt designs or a small batch of logos without wasting space.



3. Can I preview my layout before printing?
Yes our online builder lets you see exactly how your gang sheet will look before you order. We print exactly what you upload, so please double check spelling and placement.



4. How do I get the best print quality?
Use high resolution PNGs (300 DPI) with a transparent background. Avoid screenshots or photos of designs, as they may look blurry when printed.



5. Can you fix my design if something’s off?
We don’t edit or resize your files, but if we spot a major issue (like low resolution or transparency problems), we’ll contact you before printing.



6. What materials can I press DTF transfers on?
DTF works on cotton, polyester, blends, canvas, and more, both light and dark fabrics. It’s super versatile and durable after pressing.



7. Do I need to cut the designs apart myself?
Yes, the sheet comes as one continuous roll. You can easily cut around each design before pressing.



8. What’s your return policy for custom prints?
Because each order is custom printed, we can’t accept returns. But if your print arrives damaged or defective, we’ll gladly reprint it.



9. What makes your DTF prints different?
We use premium film and high opacity inks for vibrant, long lasting results. No cracking, fading, or peeling. Plus, every sheet is printed and inspected by hand.



10. How should I store unused transfers?
