Placing An Order
1. Build your gang sheet with photoshop, canva, or your desired program
2. Match the selected length with the file you send. For example if you choose 22 x 60, the gang sheet you send is 22 x 60
File Requirements
- File Format: PNG or TIFF
- Image resolution: 300 DPI
- Transparent background
- Colour profile: CMYK
We print what you send, we do not adjust or alter images.
Ensure no images are lapping and there's enough space between images to cut them out.
How To Send File;
3. Once payment is processed, send an email to thedtfdoctor@gmail.com with your gang sheet attached.
Larger files can be sent through google drive and you can include the link in your email.
Include your order number in your email so we know which order to associate the file with.
Shipping and Delivery;
4. When your prints are ready to ship you will receive an email with a tracking number, shipping is calculated based on address.
Orders are typically processed the same or next day and shipped the following day.
