How To Send File

Once payment is processed, send an email to thedtfdoctor@gmail.com with your gang sheet attached.

Larger files can be sent through google drive and you can include the link in your email.

Include your order number in your email so we know which order to associate the file with.

Shipping & Delivery

When your prints are ready to ship you will receive an email with a tracking number, shipping is calculated based on address.

Orders are typically processed the same or next day and shipped the following day.

A: We recommend PNG files with a transparent background for best results. We also accept PDF and TIFF. Please make sure your design is 300 DPI for clean, sharp prints.

Q: Can I include multiple designs on one sheet?

A: Yes! That’s the beauty of a gang sheet. You can arrange as many designs as you like within your 12” width just make sure everything fits cleanly before exporting your file.

Q: How fast will my order ship?

A: Orders typically print within 1–2 business days. If order is placed before 2pm we will ship the same day. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as it ships.

Q: What do you do with my file after my order is complete?

A: We take your privacy seriously. Your uploaded design files and personal information are never shared, sold, or reused.
We securely store your file for 30 days in case you need a quick reprint or reorder and after that, it’s permanently deleted from our system unless you notify us that you’re a repeat customer.

Q: Do you offer bulk discounts?

A: We sure do! Contact us for bulk or wholesale pricing if you’re ordering multiple sheets or printing for resale.
