How It Works

1. Request a Quote

Fill out the quote form with garment types, quantities, and your design details. You’ll receive a custom invoice with shipping and order info.

2. Mockup & Approval

You can either upload your own mockup/artwork or ask us to create a digital mockup for you. If you request a mockup, we will produce a digital proof showing placement, scale, and expected appearance on the garment. You must approve this mockup before we begin printing or pressing. Minor adjustments are included; major redesigns or multiple revisions may incur an additional fee and will be quoted in advance. Approval confirms you accept the layout, sizing, and placement as shown.

Preferred: Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) or high-resolution PNG with transparent background.


Convert text to outlines or include font files.


If you need a mockup, provide your design file and specify exact placement and sizing.


If artwork requires significant redesign or color correction, we’ll quote that separately.

3. Ship or Drop Off Your Blanks

Ship your clean, ready to press garments to our production address. Include your invoice number and a packing slip inside your box.

4. We Print & Press

Your designs are printed using high quality DTF transfers and pressed with professional equipment for durability and vibrant results.

5. Quality Check & Return Shipping

Every item is inspected before packaging. We’ll ship them back using your prepaid label or our flat rate return option. You’ll receive tracking once it’s on its way.

    Multiple print areas (front & back)+$3 per item

    Add ons

    • Folding & individual packaging $1 per item
    • Rush Orders (48 hours) $3 per item
    All blanks must be clean and ready to press. Bulk pricing available for 50+ pieces.
    Extra charges may apply for multiple print areas or specialty materials.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping to Us:

Customers are responsible for shipping their blanks to our production address. Please include a copy of your invoice and a packing slip inside the box.

Return Shipping:

You can either:

  • Provide your own prepaid return label, or
  • Select our flat rate return shipping option which will be added to your invoice.

Once production is complete, you’ll receive tracking information for your return shipment.

Terms & Returns

Due to the nature of custom printing, all sales are final.

If there’s an issue with your order (defective print, wrong placement, or damage), contact us within 48 hours of receiving your shipment so we can review and resolve it.

We are not responsible for garments damaged prior to arrival, misprints caused by incorrect file setup, or sizing errors from third party blanks.

Mockup Information:

  • If you already have a mockup, please upload or link it when we follow up by email.
  • If you need a mockup created, let us know your desired placement and sizing and we’ll make one for you before production starts.

Shipping Details:

  • Indicate if you’ll ship or drop off your blanks.
  • Mention if you’ll provide a prepaid return label or want our flat rate return shipping added to your invoice.

Once we receive your message, we’ll respond within 24–48 hours with a personalized quote, mockup details (if requested), and clear instructions for shipping or drop off.
